Commercial FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Key details regarding minimum order quantities, custom mesh calibration, and protective export packaging.

Ordering & Commercial Batches

What is your standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for commercial production runs?

Standard commercial production runs start from bulk batch quantities depending on the specific fruit, vegetable, or spice powder and packaging formats. For custom carrier formulation or proprietary mesh sizing, custom batch minimums are determined in consultation with our manufacturing team.

What is the typical dispatch lead time for domestic and export orders?

Dispatch lead times depend on current production schedules and order volume. Ready stock batches are typically dispatched promptly upon commercial confirmation, while planned custom drying runs are scheduled with clear delivery windows.

Technical Specifications & Custom Blends

Can Renol adjust particle size (mesh) for specific production machinery?

Yes. We offer particle size customization ranging from coarse dustings (40–60 mesh) designed for uniform topical snack seasoning adhesion, to fine micro-milled powders (80–120 mesh) engineered for cold-soluble beverage and soup premixes.

What is the commercial shelf life of Renol food powders?

Commercial shelf life typically ranges from 12 to 24 months from manufacture date when stored in unopened original packaging under cool, dry warehouse conditions away from direct sunlight.

What storage conditions are recommended for Spray Dryied powders?

Powders should be stored in a cool, dry area below 22°C–25°C with controlled relative humidity. Bags should be securely re-sealed immediately after opening to prevent moisture uptake and ambient caking.

Packaging & International Logistics

What packaging do you use for bulk orders?

All Renol Foods powders are supplied in one fixed pack: a 20 kg corrugated box.

What documentation accompanies international export consignments?

Standard commercial shipping documents accompany every dispatch. Depending on destination regulatory requirements, we provide Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin, Packing List, and related technical documentation.

Can commercial clients audit the manufacturing facility in Bavla?

Yes. We welcome technical representatives and procurement managers from commercial food brands for scheduled factory audits and technical formulation reviews at our plant in Kerala GIDC, Bavla, Ahmedabad.
